Fall Leaf Raking

Leaf Raking Volunteer Event: November 4th

Get to know your neighbors while helping your neighbors! The Tangletown Neighborhood Association is organizing volunteers to  rake leaves for seniors, residents with disabilities, and anyone who needs help with fall raking.  You can make a huge difference by volunteering on Saturday, November 4th from 12:30-3pm.  Grab your rake or leaf blower, meet at Fuller Park (4800 Grand Ave S) and head out for a fun afternoon of raking.  Invite your neighbors to create a leaf raking team or get to know new neighbors by being assigned to a team.   This is a great family friendly service activity. Sign up here by November 1st.  If weather does not cooperate, we will work with your team to find an alternate date and time for the raking.

Do you need help with leaf raking?

If you struggle with leaf raking each year, please let us help!  A team of volunteers will be assigned to rake your yard on Saturday, November 4th (weather permitting).  To add your home or a neighbor to our list, please sign up here or call (612) 321-8621.  Know of someone who could benefit from this service?  Please offer to sign them up!
